New to IHSA?
Before joining, read "How to Start an Intercollegiate Team" to learn about the requirements for intercollegiate team participation.
New teams must be approved
by the Regional President before they can officially join IHSA. This is
to ensure they are located in the correct zone and region and to
minimize duplicate accounts.
The new team application must be filled out by either the team coach or the official
school representative. When filling out the form for the first time,
you will be asked to choose a username and password. This username and
password will be specific to the coach of the team. The coach will use
this username to gain access to specific personal information about team
members so it must not be given out to anyone else other than possibly a
designated administrative assistant. NOTE: you will not have access to your team account until approved by Region President.
Once the team is approved and
application submitted, print the Team Membership form. The form must be
signed by the coach and official university representative. Send the
form with a check from your college, university, or official club
account to your Regional President. The check should be made out to
IHSA Inc. in the amount of $300. (personal checks and money orders are not accepted).
The coach and regional president will receive an email confirmation of the team application. If you do not, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
