Team Membership

Use the form link below ONLY if you are the official representative of a NEW school applying for the SCHOOL's IHSA membership.

Returning schools need to login using the school username and password chosen when first applying for membership.

For undergraduate rider membership click on "Individual Membership" and for Alumni rider memberships click on "Alumni Membership".

The application for new team membership in the IHSA will be available soon. This form must be filled out by either the team coach or the official school representative. When filling out the form for the first time, you will be asked to choose a username and password. This username and password will be specific to the coach of the team. The coach will use this username to gain access to specific personal information about team members so it must not be given out to anyone else other than possibly a designated administrative assistant.

New teams must be approved by the Regional President before they can officially join IHSA. This is to ensure they are located in the correct zone and region and to minimize duplicate accounts.

NOTE: you will not have access to your team account until approved by Region President.

Once the team is approved and application submitted, print the Team Membership form. The form must be signed by the coach and official university representative, and then send it to your Region President with a school or team check made out to IHSA Inc. for $250. (personal checks and money orders are not acceptable).

The coach and regional president will receive an email confirmation of the team application. If you do not, please email webcommittee@ihsainc.com.

The Team Membership form must have been completed before any individual riders will be able to fill out their forms.
