EQUUS Foundation Champions
Help earn money for IHSA and rewards for you!
The EQUUS Foundation is dedicated to improving the quality of life of horses, promoting the use of horses to enrich the lives of those in need, and educating the public about the horse's unique ability to empower, teach and heal.
CHAMPIONS is the EQUUS Foundation's incentive-based equine service volunteer program sponsored by Ariat International that recognizes and rewards individuals and organizations on its carrots4acause network.
As a volunteer, you can earn Champion status by volunteering a minimum of 24 hours during 2013! Volunteer hours can be backdated to January 1, 2013.
As a Champion-
To participate as an individual:
- you will be entered in a drawing to win a grant for the Intercollegiate Equestrian Foundation, the IHSA’s scholarship program!
- you will be eligible to win one of five $1,000 IEF riding scholarships!
- you will also be eligible for the $1,000 EQUUS Foundation academic scholarships!
